Where does Winter Homes build?

Is Winter Homes a developer or home builder?
Since 2002, Winter Homes has partnered with other developers in building communities as well as developing communities on its own. We build homes within these communities and serve as a build on your lot contractor.
How long does the construction process take from the time we sign contracts?
The time frame can vary between each new build as each custom home is different. While we strive for 6-8 months on average, there are outstanding conditions such as weather, job site conditions, and change orders that can extend the new home construction process. How will the selection process work?
You will work directly with our team to consider your options. We have many samples for exterior finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets, and many other selections.
